Andrew Khuu and Sandrine Henriot have submitted an abstract to the Young Water Professionals Conference 2026.
The paper — “From Alarm Fatigue to Actionable Intelligence: Deploying Agentic AI and RAG Models Across Industrial Water Treatment Operations” — outlines practical work we’ve been delivering at Streamwise D.I.: using AI in real treatment environments to reduce troubleshooting time, support more consistent operational decisions, and turn noisy alarm data into actions operators can trust.
This is the kind of progress that only happens when a team is willing to push into unfamiliar territory. Andrew and Sandrine have put in serious effort to bridge the gap between what AI can do in theory and what it needs to look like on a plant floor.
We’re now waiting on selection results and will share an update when they’re released.
We’ll also be at Ozwater’26 in Brisbane this May — if you’re attending, come say hello.
Congratulations Andrew and Sandrine.
